About our Pricing: Our system is unique in that while we charge a predictable flat fee for our standard models, we handle everything from start to finish. You won’t be asked to cover any additional costs unless discussed prior to starting your project.
Reserving Your Shed: To reserve your shed, get in touch with us so we can further discuss the details of your project. Once you’ve determined that you’d like to move forward, we require a deposit before we start building your shed. The deposit includes 10% of the total amount plus 100% of any non-refundable materials (like our custom steel).
The Building Process: We prep and partially assemble our sheds before fully assembling them at your location, allowing us to reduce the time we spend in your space.
Based in Victoria BC, we can build anywhere in greater Victoria. If you’re located outside of Victoria, get in touch so we can discuss whether we’ll be able to travel to your location.
